In the midst of busy routines and constant movement, small moments of care can become grounding rituals.
The Ayurbetter Hair & Scalp Ritual is a gentle invitation to slow down, nourish the scalp and hair, and create space for calm within the day.
SETTING THE MOOD…
Create a calm and comfortable space before beginning your ritual. Soft lighting, calming music, warm steam, or a gentle aroma of essential oils and herbs can help encourage a sense of relaxation and presence.
allow the experience to feel unhurried and grounding
Begin with Silence…then take a moment to slow down
Take a deep breath… Recite your favourite mantra, or simply sit in silence…
Warm a small amount of oil between your palms and using gentle circular motions, massage the oil into the scalp using your fingertips, paying extra attention to areas of tension or dryness.
Don’t rush, take it slow and easy – this is your time to create a well-deserved moment of calm within your day.
Use the fingertips rather than the nails…
Massage the oil slowly into the scalp using gentle circular motions. Spend a little extra time around the temples, crown, and nape of the neck – areas where tension is often held. Your ritual should feel unhurried, giving both the scalp and mind a moment to soften and slow down.
Suggested Ritual
Apply the Ayurbetter Rich Botanical Hair Treatment Oil to the scalp and lengths 1–3 times weekly as part of your regular hair ritual. Leave overnight where possible, or for at least 1–2 hours before washing.
Consistency, Patience & a little self-love…
